We’ve had a busy few weeks at HIM Ireland, with our wandering minds taking us to all four corners of the country. As well as sharing key messages from our fantastic shopper report, we’re busy scoping some fascinating research projects for wholesalers, retailers and suppliers alike.
In October, we joined our William Reed colleagues to attend Food on The Edge, soaking up the latest foodservice trends while taking a look at the best of what Galway has to offer. There was a clear message that Ireland is very much open for business and taking food more seriously than ever before.
In between client meetings, we managed to join the annual Bord Bia conference, and were treated to insights from Ireland’s leading lights in Food to Go.
